We will suggest or locate the venue, contact and hire vendors, negotiate contracts, plan the design and aesthetics of the event, as well as orchestrate all of the “details” of the event. We can also arrange transportation, accommodations, itineraries, and gift bags for out-of-town guests, as well as track invitations and create seating charts to meet all of your organizational needs.
